GUARDIANSHIP

Becoming a legal guardian for a minor child or incapacitated adult can be a very difficult and time consuming process. We understand the importance of obtaining a guardianship over an individual as soon as possible in order to manage their finances, make important and urgent health care decisions, and maintain benefits such as Social Security, Disability, Medicaid, and Medicare. It is important for us to ensure that our clients understand the process of not only being appointed legal guardian by the court, but also the requirements to maintain that guardianship for as long as it is required or they so choose. With over 35 years of combined experience, we are not only capable of doing this, but strive towards achieving this.

Every case is different, but each case has the same goal:  to minimize the stress and impact filing for guardianship has on your life by working with you to accomplish this task in an efficient and timely manner.
