The law offices of what is now known as Pollack & Ball, LLC, have been practicing in Lincoln, Nebraska since 1996. The firm has grown over the years to meet the needs of our clients. Our firm represents clients in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury and collection law.
In 2005, the firm moved to its current address of 1003 H Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, which is the restored “Candy House.”
The Candy House has a historical designation due to the efforts of Professor Albert Candy, who built and occupied the house in the late 1800’s. Professor Candy was a long time chair of the University of Nebraska Math Department, and is credited with inventing the “Magic Square”.
Our firm is honored to have restored the house to its original beauty and condition. Located across the street from the Lancaster County Courthouse, its location allows for immediate and convenient access to the courts.
The cornerstone of our practice is our commitment to clients. We recognize that the most successful legal solutions are the result of a strong relationship between our firm and our clients. We have built our reputation as effective advocates for our clients and look forward to serving you in the future.
